Abu Dhabi Launches Digital Property Portal

Abu Dhabi has become the first city in the region to enable 100% digital real estate transactions with the launch of the Digital Buy & Sell Journey, a government-backed platform that allows buyers and sellers to complete every stage of a property deal online.

End-to-End Digital Process

The service offers a secure and compliant digital process, covering all steps — from electronic signing and escrow settlement to mortgage release, registration, and ADREC Trustee verification.

Integrated with TAMM and UAE Pass, it enables residents and investors to sign legally binding documents from anywhere in the world. It also features video-enabled ADREC Trustee participation and ADREC-managed escrow accounts, ensuring full financial security and regulatory oversight.

A Milestone in Digital Transformation

The initiative marks a significant step in Abu Dhabi’s digital evolution. Acting Director General of ADREC Rashed Al Omaira said the platform strengthens efficiency, security, and transparency within the real estate sector and supports the emirate’s goal of becoming an AI-enabled government by 2027.

Secure, Practical, and Global

With options for virtual or in-person meetings through TAMM, the system guides users through each step — from application to closure — offering faster, smoother, and more cost-effective property transactions.

The Digital Buy & Sell Journey supports ADREC’s long-term vision to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and transparency while reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s status as a global leader in digital real estate innovation.
