Therme Dubai: 100m Wellness Oasis

Therme Dubai is set to become a new icon of wellness in the UAE. This 100-meter-high vertical resort will be built in Zabeel Park and offer visitors a unique combination of thermal pools, botanical gardens, and spa experiences across several themed levels. Each terrace will feature lush greenery, panoramic city views, and distinct climate zones—warm, cool, wet, or dry.

The project includes three key zones: Play (a family-friendly water park with slides), Relax (thermal waters and treatment spaces), and Restore (saunas and baths inspired by global traditions). Dining will feature wellness-inspired menus, with potential for high-end culinary spots.

Therme Dubai plans to recycle 90% of water and power 80% of cooling and ventilation with renewable energy. Slated to open by 2028, it’s expected to draw over 1.7 million visitors per year and is supported by Dubai’s leadership.
