Developer TownX has announced that construction of its Luma Park Views project in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) has reached 95% completion. The company confirmed that all major milestones have been achieved, with the main structure and internal works finalized. Finishing touches, MEP installations, and snagging are now in advanced stages, placing the development on track for an early handover.
