Ajman registra $2,21 mld nel Q3 2025

Il mercato immobiliare di Ajman continua a crescere: nel terzo trimestre 2025 sono state registrate 5 048 transazioni per un valore di 8,12 miliardi AED (≈ $2,21 mld), pari a un +47% rispetto all’anno precedente.

Crescita costante e fiducia degli investitori

Il Direttore Generale Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi ha sottolineato che il risultato riflette la solidità del mercato e un clima di fiducia crescente tra gli investitori.

4 102 vendite per 5,22 mld AED sono state registrate. Al Rumaila 3 ha raggiunto il valore più alto (300 mln AED).
Il progetto Emirates City ha superato City Towers e Ajman One in volume di scambi.

I quartieri più attivi sono stati Al Helio 2, Al Helio 1 e Al Yasmeen.

Mutui in aumento

Registrate 633 operazioni ipotecarie per 1,19 mld AED, la più grande (110 mln AED) nell’area Industrial Area 2.
