Contratto e obiettivo

Arada ha assegnato un contratto da AED 60 milioni a Intermass Engineering per realizzare Masaar Central, un nuovo centro commerciale e ricreativo nel cuore della comunità Masaar a Sharjah.

Tempistiche

L’inaugurazione è prevista entro la fine del 2026, in parallelo con il completamento delle ultime fasi del complesso.

Caratteristiche principali

Masaar Central offrirà 53.000 piedi quadrati di superficie affittabile, inclusi:

  • supermercato Carrefour
  • palestra Wellfit
  • asilo Bright Star RGS
  • ristoranti e aree benessere

Secondo Arada, Masaar Central sarà il cuore commerciale e sociale della comunità, con servizi di qualità in un contesto verde e vivibile. Già consegnate oltre 1.500 abitazioni.

L’intera comunità copre 19 milioni di piedi quadrati con:

  • 3.000 case
  • 6 quartieri recintati
  • 70.000 alberi
  • skate park, area giochi, zona food truck e una pista ciclabile di 6,6 km con ponti, tunnel e caffè

Fase successiva

Arada ha inoltre annunciato Masaar 2: un nuovo sviluppo da 2.000 abitazioni. Le vendite sono state rapide e l’inizio lavori è previsto entro fine 2025.
