Significato del nome

LUMENA deriva dal latino lumen (luce), mentre ALTA significa elevazione. Insieme evocano brillantezza e ambizione. La facciata a spirale riflette la luce di giorno e brilla dolcemente di notte.

Trasformare il panorama commerciale

Secondo Mahdi Amjad, fondatore di OMNIYAT, Dubai si è affermata come centro commerciale del Medio Oriente. LUMENA ALTA risponde alla crescente domanda di spazi premium, offrendo accesso diretto alla futura linea d’oro della metropolitana.
