Prezzi case a Dubai quadruplicati dal 2021

Il mercato immobiliare di Dubai è in piena espansione: dal 2021 i prezzi sono cresciuti quasi quattro volte.

Crescita in tutti i settori

Nel 2025 le transazioni sono passate da 104 a 499,1 miliardi di AED (+379,9%), mentre il numero di vendite è salito a 158 400 (+266,7%).

Negli ultimi 12 mesi le vendite sono aumentate del 20,6%, e il valore del 32,4%.

Dati e fiducia degli investitori

Secondo fäm Properties, le vendite mensili sono cresciute a 17 600 transazioni (55,46 mld AED) da 14 600 (41,89 mld) nel 2024.

Tutti i segmenti – appartamenti, ville, terreni, commerciale – sono in aumento.
