Secondo Knight Frank, nel terzo trimestre 2025 sono state vendute 103 case oltre $10 mln, +24% rispetto al 2024. Totale 357 transazioni (+26%).

Valori e prezzi in aumento

Il valore totale ha superato $2 miliardi (+54%), con un prezzo medio di $19,4 mln (+23,8%).

Faisal Durrani ha sottolineato che i prezzi crescono più rapidamente del numero di vendite e che Dubai è una “safe haven” per gli investitori.

Una villa a Asora Bay by Meraas (La Mer) è stata venduta per $95,3 mln, la più cara del trimestre.
