Nel terzo trimestre del 2025 il mercato immobiliare degli Emirati Arabi Uniti ha raggiunto risultati senza precedenti, sostenuto da una forte fiducia degli investitori.

Abu Dhabi in forte crescita

Secondo Property Finder, Abu Dhabi ha registrato 7 154 vendite per un valore di 25,3 miliardi di AED, con un aumento del 110%. Le vendite residenziali hanno rappresentato il 96% del totale, trainate da Fahid Island e Al Hidayriyyat Island.

Dubai consolida la leadership

Dubai ha totalizzato 40 108 transazioni (+26%) e ha raggiunto un valore complessivo di 169 miliardi di AED. Le aree più dinamiche sono Business Bay, Al Barsha e Dubai Islands, con Palm Jumeirah e Dubai Marina oltre 6 miliardi di AED.
